The “Value Gap Assessment (VGA),” provided through the Capitaliz Platform, will give you insight into the present value of your business and the potential value gap you may have as compared to the “Best In Class” business within your industry. After completing the brief questionnaire, you will be provided with a roughly 15-page summary of the results. This is a free assessment that will help you as you “look under the hood” of your business for the first time from the buyer’s perspective.
Keep in mind, this assessment is only as good as the information you feed into it, so be as honest as possible when providing your answers. This is not a comprehensive Value Gap Assessment, but a simple snapshot into this world to get you started.
